New G&G course started in Gulbene Secondary School

April 3, 2013 Gulbene Secondary school opened its doors to seniors willing to learn some ICT skills. 13 grandmothers enthusiastic about getting new knowledge or refreshing the existing skills were welcomed by students of 11th and 2nd year. Ladies addmitted that they fully understand the importance of ICT skills in today`s life and support it. With greatest excitement they listened to advice from grandchildren and learnt how to work with computers. Skype was used to communicate with the rest of group who was in the other room. Grandmothers felt that it was not so easy to work with computers but can be fun as well. Grandchildren said that being a teacher requires a lot of patience and attentiveness. Overall it was a good experience for all.
