CLUSTER ARREDO/CASA FVG

Furniture Cluster of Friuli Venezia Giulia accompanies small and medium-sized companies in business development paths with the aim of identifying financial and management solutions to increase efficiency, implement new business strategies, valorise the company image and bring the enterprise closer to the industrial design.The cluster supports the district of furniture and the chair district companies with:

• consulting and management activities concerning FSC®, PEFC™, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications;
• consulting services with the objective of starting, managing and developing networks of companies;
• 3D configurators and viewers through which you can preview products, finishes and accessories;
• coordination for participation at fairs, B2B events and temporary showrooms in international levels.

It also provides consultancy services designed to build, manage and develop a business network. In particular:

• assist companies from the preparatory phase of the network to the signing of the business network's contract;
• specialized consultancy services to the network;
• act as a costs center for the acquisition of specific services necessary for the implementation of the network program;
• act as common organ;
• carry out the secretarial function for the organization and the management of ordinary business group activities.

Furniture Cluster manages six business networks and a further set up for a total of 43 companies in the regional home system sector.
