Towarzystwo Naukowe Organizacji i Kierownictwa TNOiK /The Scientific Society for Organisation and Management/ is a non-government, non-profit institution of 80-years tradition. Its mission is development and promotion the professional management and integration the communities of scientists and practitioners for the development of Polish economy and the Polish state.
The Gdansk Branch of TNOiK supports the development of knowledge-based society through the partnerships for the application to international educational programmes (Leonardo da Vinci) and European Social Fund (including Community Initiative EQUAL) and through the implementation of projects results.
TNOiK Gdansk promotes the idea of social and citizen dialogue as ways to support regional socio-economic coherency and provides services in order to develop entrepreneurship in the following areas: training, advice and information in the frame of National System of Services for SMEs.
